Shipping policy

freNeed offers free standard shipping on all products, with no minimum order value. Processing takes 1–2 days, excluding holidays, followed by an estimated 8–15 days for delivery. The delivery estimate includes weekends but excludes holidays.

For express shipping, please email support@freneed.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and the additional courier cost. Express shipping is arranged by email, not selected at checkout.
